We have an opening for two HR Business Partners to join the Group, we have big and exciting plans ahead, and our HR team play a key part in ensuring our amazing teams are supported with expert HR leadership, advice and support as our business grows.
Whilst we are looking for two fantastic new HR Business Partners, one of these roles is permanent and one is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The Role
As a HR Business Partner, you will be focused on enabling the Group, and your business areas by delivering great people approaches. You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team understanding exactly what direction the business is heading in, you will partner with the leaders in your business areas to truly understand the business from an operational and cultural perspective. You will be a hands-on team player, happy to get involved in the operational work and have extensive experience in building strategic relationships.
At BES Group we are on a journey of growth by acquisition, so there is will opportunity to utilise your change management skills, supporting your business areas through the transition as company grows. We have also recently introduced a new HR system, which has put us in a strong position to support this these changes. You will work on a project to ensure a smooth transition across the group onto the new system.
